September 2026: I will have daytime availability.
Call, text or email to talk about openings and more information or any questions that you have.
I am more then willing to do a short consultation to hear about you and tell you about my style as a therapist to decide if you think it is a good fit.
Enjoy working with only one person whether it is about scheduling, billing or your work in sessions. No therapist turnover or needing to find someone new as everything is done by me!!!
August 2026
I’m now certified in Pain Psychology!! 🧠💡
I’m so excited to share that I’ve completed a Pain Psychology Certificate Program focused on the most evidence-based approaches to helping individuals living with chronic pain.
Through in-depth training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and addressing bias in pain care, I’ve expanded my ability to support clients experiencing the emotional, psychological, and physical toll of chronic pain.
Pain is more than a physical experience—it affects identity, mood, relationships, and quality of life. This certification equips me with powerful, practical tools to help clients manage pain-related distress, reduce suffering, and live more meaningful lives.
I can take BCBS and Commercial United health insurance and can provide Superbills.
If you work with individuals managing chronic pain, or know someone looking for psychological support in this area, I’d be honored to connect.
